Section A: Global Articulation Pathway via Futred Innovation Studios
1. Admission into Year 1 at Futred Innovation Studio
- 1.1Students must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- 1.2Basic English language proficiency is required (assessed internally or via recognized international tests).
- 1.3A personal statement or interview may be required.
- 1.4Admission is subject to internal academic review and seat availability as decided by the Academic Committee of Futred Innovation Studios.
2. Pathways to Partnered Universities
- 2.1The International Workplace Ready Global Gateway Program prepares students for Year 2 or Year 3 entry into partner universities.
- 2.2Progression is not automatic and depends on:
- 2.2.1Successful completion of Year 1 at Futred
- 2.2.2Meeting academic and English proficiency standards of the partner university
- 2.2.3Fulfilling visa and immigration requirements, including GTE or equivalent
- 2.2.4Complying with university admission timelines and policies
3. Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities
- 3.1Futred aims to build real-world skills that may support:
- Part-time/full-time employment
- Entrepreneurial ventures
- 3.2However, Futred does not guarantee internships, job placements, or investments.
4. Visa, Immigration & Compliance Disclaimer
- 4.1All visa and immigration decisions rest with the partner university and relevant government bodies.
- 4.2Futred does not guarantee visa outcomes, university admission, or future residency.
- 4.3Students are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, financial, and compliance obligations.
5. Credit Transfer and Progression
- 5.1Students may receive academic credit (up to one year) based on:
- Performance at Futred
- Curriculum alignment with the partner institution
- 5.2Final credit decisions lie solely with the receiving university.
6. Marketing & Program Disclaimer
- 6.1Program structures, articulation pathways, and partner arrangements are current at the time of publishing.
- 6.2Futred reserves the right to amend details without notice.
- 6.3Futred will make reasonable efforts to update students of such changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration as per Clause 9. The courts of London, United Kingdom shall have supervisory jurisdiction only as required by the Arbitration Act 1996.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes, controversies, or claims shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules, with the seat of arbitration in London, United Kingdom. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Futred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities. Liability, if any, shall be capped at the total amount paid by the student for the relevant program year.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, curriculum, branding, and training material provided by Futred are the intellectual property of Futred Innovation Studios and/or its partners. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt these materials without prior written permission.
12. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 12.1Payment deadlines will be communicated in the offer or invoice.
- 12.2Deposits are non-refundable.
- 12.3Refunds may be processed only in specific situations, subject to written approval and applicable deductions.
- 12.4Students who withdraw or are terminated are not entitled to a refund unless legally mandated.
- 12.5For short-term programs of less than 12 weeks (including Ignite and skills bootcamps), no refunds shall be granted once the program has commenced, except where required by law.
13. Termination and Suspension
- Futred reserves the right to suspend or terminate student enrollment due to non-compliance, non-payment, academic misconduct, or behavior that violates institutional values or partner expectations.
14. Modifications to Terms
- Futred may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be notified via email and/or posted on the official website. Continued participation in Futred programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. User Conduct and Responsibility
- Students are expected to maintain respectful, honest, and ethical behavior in all dealings with Futred and its partners. Breaches of conduct may lead to academic penalties or expulsion.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
- Futred processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Students agree to the collection, storage, and use of their data for educational and administrative purposes.
17. Indemnification
- Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futred Innovation Studios, its directors, officers, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their misuse of the platform, breaches of these terms, or unlawful conduct.
18. Force Majeure
- Futred shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, technology failures, strikes, or partner policy changes.
19. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- Futred is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or outcomes of third-party services such as English testing agencies, visa consultants, or university admissions.
20. Short-Term Programs & Ignite Disclaimer
- 20.1Short-term courses (including but not limited to Ignite, bootcamps, and six-week skills programs) are standalone training programs.
- 20.2These courses do not guarantee university admission, credit transfer, or job placement.
- 20.3Certificates of completion are issued solely by Futred, unless expressly stated otherwise.
21. Accreditation & Recognition Disclaimer
- Unless explicitly mentioned, Futred programs are private training programs and may not carry formal accreditation under local or foreign education regulators. Recognition by employers, universities, or professional bodies is not guaranteed.
22. Third-Party Representations
- Futred shall not be bound by representations, commitments, or assurances made by agents, recruiters, or third parties unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Futred Innovation Studios. Students acknowledge that no oral or written information provided by agents, counsellors, or third parties shall create a warranty or binding obligation on Futred unless expressly incorporated into these Terms by written addendum signed by Futred.
23. Agent Commission & Referral Policy
- 23.1Commission payments to agents or referral partners shall be governed strictly by the terms outlined in a valid and active Agent Agreement signed between Futred Innovation Studios and the respective agent.
- 23.2No commission shall be deemed payable unless:
- A binding Agent Agreement is in place at the time of student enrollment;
- The student referred by the agent has successfully completed the admission process and paid the full Year 1 program fee to Futred Innovation Studios;
- The student has not withdrawn, deferred, or defaulted in any form during the applicable academic period.
- 23.3Commission for Year 2 or progression-related referrals shall only be payable:
- If the student progresses to the partner university as per articulation pathway;
- Pays the required tuition fees to the partner university;
- And does not withdraw from the course within the university’s refund period.
- 23.4Futred reserves the right to verify all claims and may withhold or adjust commission payments in case of disputes, fraudulent conduct, or breach of the Agent Agreement.
24. Student Acknowledgment for Visa & Employability
- Students shall sign an acknowledgment form confirming that Futred does not guarantee visas, university progression, jobs, or residency. Failure to sign such acknowledgment shall not affect enforceability of these Terms.
25. Limitation on Legal Action (Time Bar)
- Any claim by a student must be brought within 6 months from the date of the alleged cause of action. After this period, Futred shall have no liability.
26. Non-Waiver
- Failure by Futred to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
27. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the student and Futred and supersede all prior representations, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
28. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
29. Publicity Consent
- By enrolling, students consent to Futred using their name, image, or testimonials for academic, promotional, or marketing purposes, unless they opt out in writing.
30. Regulatory Disclaimer
- Students are responsible for verifying whether Futred programs meet any specific regulatory, accreditation, or recognition requirements applicable in their jurisdiction or intended destination.
31. Fairness Statement
- These Terms are intended to be fair and transparent. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any rights that students may have under applicable law which cannot be lawfully excluded.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By applying to or enrolling in any program offered by Futred Innovation Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with the application or enrollment process.
